A Mango Shaped-Space By Wendy Mass book review

A Mango-Shaped Space by Wendy Mass is a declamatory, tragic, and heartfelt novel. This is an extraordinarily gripping adventure of Mia, the main characters inner depths and emotions. Even though Mia appears to be the most ordinary one in her family, she is far from normal. Mia sees numbers, letters, and words in colours and sounds. Twisting into what Mia thinks is a downward spiral, the key to her biggest secret is available to the world around her. The whispers in the hallways still look like a Caribbean blue, but they feel like a much darker colour. As she spins out of oblivion, farther and farther away from the people that truly care about her, can Mia find the light in the murky brown path in front of her?
In my opinion, A Mango Shaped-Space was an amazing novel. This captivating and entertaining book draws you in and never lets you out. This reputable, spanking, splendid read creates a first class story line, making you hang on to every word. The description was phenomenal and the way Mass established the characters was great! The author made Mia come alive with spirit. I especially loved how Mia had to let go of the thing she loved the most to find herself. With words that cannot be surpassed, Mass creates an unforgettable story that is an out of this world, downright exceptional piece of work. If each book were rated a different color, this would be a light blue, my favorite color.
